What makes the Free Tier truly private?

Even in our shared runtime, each user gets a logically isolated sandbox with their own vector store namespace. PII is automatically redacted, and your data never trains external models or mixes with other users. We use advanced containerization and namespace isolation to ensure complete data separation.

When should I upgrade to Business or Pro?

Upgrade to Business when you need performance management, training modules, and budget planning. Pro is ideal for organizations that need all modules including ESOP management, asset tracking, and advanced scheduling. Both plans offer persistent data storage, better performance, and priority support.

What's included in Enterprise?

Enterprise includes everything: bring-your-own-model (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini), dedicated microVMs with GPU support, multi-sandbox orchestration, custom SSO, hybrid architecture options, dedicated infrastructure, and full compliance certifications (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001). Plus dedicated engineering support with SLA guarantees.

Is document upload really unlimited?

Yes, all tiers support unlimited document uploads. Free tier has a 5MB per-file limit, while Business and Pro tiers have higher limits. Enterprise has no file size restrictions. Content generation and RAG queries are also unlimited across all plans. We believe in giving you the flexibility to scale without artificial constraints.

How does RAG isolation work?

Each user's documents and embeddings are stored in isolated vector spaces with unique namespaces. Even in the Free tier with shared compute, your RAG queries only access your own data—never another user's content. We use logical isolation at the database level, encrypted storage, and strict access controls to ensure complete data separation.

Can I customize the modules and pricing?

Yes! Our Custom Plan option lets you select only the modules you need from 20+ available modules. You pay only for what you use, with HRIS/Employees always included. This gives you complete flexibility to build a plan that matches your exact requirements. Enterprise customers can also negotiate custom pricing and terms.

How is billing calculated?
